Catering 2u is a trading name of The National Exhibition Centre Limited whose registered office is at National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, B40 1NT (registered in England No 979395) (VAT no 670 3116 63).
- Use of the Catering 2u site
These Conditions Of Use govern your use of the Catering 2u website and your relationship with Catering 2u.net. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Conditions Of Use, you should not continue to use this website or register as an authorised user.
Your orders and hire of equipment will be governed by the Order and Hire terms and conditions and these Conditions of Use (together known as "Terms and Conditions"). - Registration
The services provided by the Catering 2u site are only available to Exhibitors at the Exhibitions stated on this website. Please note that to use any of the services provided on the Catering 2u website, you are required to register as an authorised user on the site.
To register with Catering 2u you must be over eighteen years of age. You agree that you are authorised to place orders on behalf of the Company/Organisation specified in your registration. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating 'Your Catering 2u Account Details' on this site. - Password and Security
When you register to use the Catering 2u site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password.
If you forget your password, please follow the directions in 'Your Account' - 'Your Account Settings' on this site.
If Catering 2u have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Catering 2u site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account in accordance with paragraph 8 below. - Excluded Services

Catering 2u shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
